During your internship you will become part of our team and actively support internal events.

You will contribute to the design and implementation of communication activities.

Furthermore you will also be involved in briefing coordinating and managing agencies and service providers as well as coordinating with various departments and countries within the Group (Marketing Sales Product Management).

Finally you will participate in the preparation and followup of coordination meetings the creation of KPI reports to measure success and the preparation of presentations for management and decisionmaking bodies.

Qualifications :

Education : studies in the field of Business Administration Marketing Media Design or comparable
Experience and Knowledge : confident use of MS Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel); strong Adobe skills (Photoshop InDesign) desirable; experience in project management event management or communications is an advantage
Personality and Working Practice : a communicative committed independent structured and responsible person who is able to work under pressure
Languages : business fluent in written and spoken English

Additional Information :

Start : according to prior agreement

Duration : 6 months

Requirement for this internship is the enrollment at university. Please attach your CV transcript of records enrollment certificate examination regulations and if indicated a valid work and residence permit.
