Chief of Staff to CEO (m / f / d)

As a Chief of Staff, you will play a key role for our executive team by influencing cross-functional projects, fostering growth across the global organization, and providing our leadership team with strategic decision-making support. With our world-class team you will play a pivotal role in pushing the boundaries of drone technology. ​

You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders from different areas and backgrounds to define the companies next steps. With your strategic skills and project-management knowledge, you will support Quantum Systems in its mission to become the benchmark for aerial data collection solutions with unmanned aerial systems (sUAV). ​

What is your day-to-day mission : ​

Sparring partner for CEO and other senior managers on strategic and operational topics. ​

Provide research and data analysis for informed decisions, prepare executive summaries and C-level reportings, track strategic company goals, and report performance insights. ​

Independently develop, manage, and implement global cross-functional projects. ​

Support the executive team to prioritize and manage the flow of information, resolve issues, and ensure timely involvement in key decisions and projects. ​

Responsibility for the company-wide OKR process in collaboration with the management team. ​

Improvement of existing and development of new processes to keep the company‘s global team as efficient as possible and to identify operational and structural weaknesses. ​

Develop towards representing the CEO in meetings and making decisions on behalf of the CEO. ​

Potentially leading the CEO-Office team. ​

What you bring to the team : ​

You have at least 6 years of professional experience in a strategic and global function.

You have a degree in the field of business or similar.

You bring experience in working with C-level and investors. ​

You are interested in lifting our company to the next level by providing input and leading cross-functional projects. ​

Your open, communicative and competent manner makes it easy for you to be seen as an internal expert. ​

You are highly self-motivated and drive your area of responsibility independently. ​

Communication in English and German is a matter of course for you. ​
