Loss Prevention Manager

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Strategic planning and implementation of loss prevention structures
  • Development and implementation of security strategies : creation and implementation of loss prevention policies and procedures
  • Process optimization and security culture
  • Management of high-risk security measures
  • Project management in the area of loss prevention
  • Creation of operational guidelines and technical specifications
  • Conducting investigative loss prevention analyses
  • Monitoring and coordination of external security service providers
  • Regular review and updating of security guidelines
  • Risk management and continuous risk analysis
  • Audits and inspections of security standards in the warehouse

WHO YOU ARE

  • A degree or equivalent qualification
  • Relevant advanced security or risk related experience (e.g. in security services, asset protection, loss prevention, risk management, inventory management, investigations, supply chain, auditing, regulatory compliance or similar)
  • High level of integrity, discretion and absolute reliability
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Excel and experience in working with ERP systems
  • Reliable, structured and trustworthy way of working
  • Hands-on mentality with pleasure in taking on and developing new tasks
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills
