Tasks

As a Sales Assistant youll support our Growth Team in driving sales activities and ensuring smooth processes. Your mission:

• Assist with identifying and contacting potential customers via LinkedIn email and other digital channels
• Support the preparation and follow-up of sales calls meetings and events
• Help organize and optimize outreach campaigns and lead generation activities
• Maintain and update CRM data prospect lists and sales documents
• Coordinate with Sales Marketing and Operations to align activities and ensure efficient workflows
• Prepare reports presentations and materials to support the sales team
• Contribute to improving sales processes tools and customer communication

Requirements

What were looking for:

• Initial experience or strong interest in sales support lead generation or customer communication
• Good organizational skills and a structured way of working
• Proactive mindset team spirit and strong communication skills
• Ability to work with digital tools and willingness to learn new sales technologies
• Fluency in English (spoken and written) is required; German is a plus
