We are looking for a Quality Manager that will be responsible of Quality Management for customers with Headquarters in EMEA of AC Charging Solutions Product Range. You will manage internal and external stakeholders increasing customer satisfaction and reducing risks related to quality.
Main responsibilities and task
- Manage Quality Management of returned parts
- Manage vendors contractors and internal stakeholders
- Frequent communication with customers
- Track progress risks and costs; provide regular status reports
- Review write and adapt 8D reports
- Manage documentation
- Support root cause analysis
- Logistic support to ensure proper RMA process
Qualifications :
At least 3 years experience in quality preferably in the automotive industryTechnical degree (industrial engineering electronic engineering material engineering etc.) and experiences highly desirableStrong organizational problem-solving and communication skillsFamiliarity with quality management tools and methodologies.Customer-focused mindset with the ability to perform under pressure and meet business deadlines & targetsGerman English and Mandarin language skills requiredPositive spirit and attitude with implementation skillsStructured and well organized with high level of business ethicsExcellent communicator both internally and externallyWillingness to travel occasionally also to AsiaRemote Work : No
