What you'll do
As a Team Lead for License Management, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and continuously developing our license management system, acting as the primary point of contact for all license inquiriesYou will work closely with your team to ensure software compliance within the Knauf Group, optimizing our license portfolio, reducing complexity, and increasing cost efficiencyUtilize our software asset management tool to detect utilized software and provide detailed reports on license usage, costs, and compliance statusDefine, operate, and continuously improve the approval / listing process for new desktop software, including reporting on process efficiency with clear indicatorsYour tasks will include the administration of software licenses, contracts, the monitoring of its durations and the adjusting to meet current needs and requirementsWho you are
You hold a degree in (Business) Informatics, Business Administration, or a comparable field, with extensive experience in Software Asset Management being highly desirableIn-depth knowledge of software license agreements and proficient use of industry-standard license management tools such as Flexera and SNOWExceptional analytical skills with proven experience in conducting software and license auditsA robust technical understanding coupled with a strong interest in economic contexts, enabling you to navigate complex technical environments effectivelyHighly organized, team-oriented, and service-minded with outstanding communication skills and intercultural sensitivity.
