Job Type : Depend either Onsite in Heidelberg or Hybrid or Remote.

Job Summary :

We are seeking a talented Generative AI Engineer to design develop and deploy state-of-the-art generative models (e.g. transformers diffusion models GANs) that power innovative AI-driven applications. The ideal candidate combines strong machine learning expertise with hands-on experience in CI / CD pipelines and a basic understanding of front-end development to help deliver end-to-end production-ready AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design train and fine-tune generative models (e.g. GPT DALLE Stable Diffusion).
• Build scalable ML pipelines for training and inference including CI / CD workflows .
• Collaborate with frontend developers to ensure smooth integration of AI into user-facing products.
• Develop RESTful APIs or services to serve models in production environments.
• Conduct experiments evaluate model performance and iterate based on results.
• Monitor troubleshoot and continuously improve deployed AI systems.
• Stay current with research trends in generative models and foundation models.
• Promote responsible and ethical AI practices in content generation and deployment.
