Your Responsibilities

We are looking for a motivated and passionate professional with prior consulting experience that can work in a fast paced, collaborative environment. As a member of Implementation Services, you’ll play a key role in the end-to-end roll out of Jedox product and understanding client business needs and use cases, across a varied portfolio of customers.

You will be a trusted advisor and contributing to the successful implementation of multiple finance functions across the organization. At Jedox, Customer Service is the key, we are looking for candidates that have a customer success mindset.

The ideal candidate is an individual who takes ownership and pride in their work, is eager to learn and grow, and is able to learn and demonstrate a mix of functional and technical skills.

  • Design and implement business software application and solution with detailed understanding of end-to-end project life cycle.
  • Teach and share knowledge of Jedox software to clientele and partners via training workshops, project delivery, documentation, among others.
  • Develop and foster relationships with project stakeholders to maintain high levels of trust, customer service, and expectations.
  • Partner with internal teams to develop new and existing client value propositions and use cases to deliver tailored demonstrations of Jedox product.
  • Provide answers to project and business functionality and technical questions that arise during delivery, sales, or post sales process

Your Profile

  • Ability and desire to learn in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience with designing and implementing any business software applications with an understanding of end-end life cycle of a project is preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in data analytics, reporting, or business intelligence (BI).
  • 2-5 years’ experience in consulting and implementing EPM solutions (IBM TM1 / Planning Analytics, Anaplan, Board, Hyperion, Infor, Jedox, …) is preferred.
  • Experience working with clients in multiple industries such as Financial Services, Technology, Consumer Goods, etc.
  • Autonomous, conceptual, and structured working manner with strong communication skills
  • Experience with Agile project methodology.
  • Programming skills and experience (SQL, PHP, Groovy, HTML, ...) is a plus, but not a requirement.
  • Fluent in English, German is a plus
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel (20%)
