Work on sell-and buy-side mandates with exposure to various industriesWork with different client groups, such as entrepreneurs, private equity firms and corporatesBe point-of-contact for clients in projects and current mandatesManage project workstreams and material preparations autonomouslyDevelop, train and advice junior team membersEnsure quality of client deliverables, focus on potential acquisitions and be part of contract negotiationsQualifikation
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
5 or more years of relevant experience in corporate finance advisory or investment banking, from an international investment bank or another boutique advisory firmGreat interpersonal skills with a self-starter mentality and the ability to get things doneExperience in guiding people and strong skills in collaborative situationsStrong project management and marketing skills compared with a broad networkFluent German and English, speaking and writingBenefits
