As a Technical Support Engineer, you are our product expert for the Compact Motion area, which includes our drives. These include servo, stepper, DC, and BLDC drives.

Technical Support Engineer (m / f / d)
Area of responsibility
- Processing product inquiries regarding application and functional purpose as the central, company-wide point of contact
- Analyzing specific customer inquiries about our compact drive technology components and their control systems
- Handling detailed technical questions in cooperation with product management and development
- Providing practical support and solution-oriented advice to our customers via remote maintenance and on-site visits
- Developing solutions to ensure fast and smooth commissioning at the customer's site
Requirements
Successfully completed degree in electrical engineering or mechatronics / automation technology or comparable qualification, e.g., technicianIn-depth knowledge of automation technology and drive technology (stepper, servo, DC motors, BLDC motors, encoders)Knowledge of our TwinCAT automation software is desirable.Ability to present complex technical content in a clear, structured, and understandable manner, as well as a strong understanding of it.Enjoyment of committed and team-oriented collaboration.Strong customer and service orientation, even in stressful situationsVery good German skills (at least C2 level) and good English skills (at least B2 level) in written and spoken languageWe offer
