The Creative Producer is the operational backbone of the creative team, responsible for managing workflows, timelines, and collaboration across multidisciplinary teams.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing Creatives, this role ensures that strategies and concepts are executed seamlessly, delivering high-quality creative outputs that meet project goals and align with company objectives.
What you will do :
- Project Management & Operations :
- Oversee multiple creative projects including playables and video ads from concept to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time.
- Develop and refine operational processes to improve efficiency, reduce bottlenecks, and ensure scalability as the team expands.
- Utilize project management tools like Jira, Trello, Asana, or Monday.com to organize tasks, track progress, and manage workflows.
- Execution & Quality Control :
- Translate strategic briefs into actionable project plans, ensuring clarity and alignment for all team members.
- Supervise the creation and delivery of creative content (art, animation, storytelling, etc.), ensuring alignment with brand and campaign objectives.
- Conduct quality assurance reviews at each stage of production to maintain high creative standards.
- Collaboration & Communication :
- Act as the operational bridge between Creative Strategists , Marketing Artists , and Developers , ensuring smooth communication and alignment within the team.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for leadership (Head of Creatives) , relaying updates, progress, and challenges between the team and leadership.
- Ensure that priorities and objectives from leadership are clearly communicated to the team and implemented effectively.
- Collaborate across roles to achieve seamless execution of creative projects, maintaining alignment on goals and deliverables.
- Work closely with developers to ensure technical feasibility and adherence to creative goals.
- Optimization & Performance :
- Analyze project outcomes, including timelines, resource utilization, and quality standards, to identify areas for improvement.
- Monitor workflows and implement feedback loops to enhance team efficiency and content effectiveness.
- Adapt operational strategies to meet dynamic project needs, ensuring continuous alignment with business goals.
- Leadership & Development :
- Mentor junior team members, providing guidance on operational best practices and personal growth.
- Foster a collaborative, motivated team environment to achieve project excellence.
Who you are :
Experience : At least 2 years in a production or project management role, preferably in the gaming or creative industries.
Proven experience in managing cross-functional teams and producing creative content for campaigns or in-game assets is highly desirable.
- Technical Proficiency : Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, Monday.com ) to effectively organize, track, and manage workflows.
- A working understanding of game engines like Unity or Unreal Engine to collaborate effectively with developers and understand technical requirements.
- Familiarity with creative tools such as After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Blender to provide guidance and constructive feedback to Marketing Artists.
- Organizational Skills : Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining high attention to detail and adaptability to shifting priorities.
- Gaming Industry Knowledge : A passion for gaming and a deep understanding of industry trends and creative production workflows.
- Team Management : Proven experience in managing multidisciplinary teams, including marketing artists, developers, and creative strategists.
- Metrics & Analysis : Ability to analyze project performance data (e.g., timelines, resource allocation, and deliverables) and apply insights to optimize future workflows.
- Mentorship : Experience mentoring junior team members and fostering a growth-oriented team culture.
- Communication Skills : Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to ensure clear articulation of goals and expectations.
