Senior Banking Lawyer / Of Counsel - Your Role :

Advising on complex banking transactions : Work on high-profile cases, advising financial institutions, banks, and investment funds.
Drafting and negotiating financial agreements : Gain expertise in structuring loans, securitization deals, and regulatory matters.
Regulatory & compliance advisory : Stay ahead of evolving regulations to ensure client compliance.
Business development & firm growth : Play an active role in expanding the firm's reputation and client base, paving the way for future partnership.

Senior Banking Lawyer / Of Counsel - Your Profile :

Experience : Minimum 5 years in a Banking & Finance law practice, ideally in a leading firm.

Qualifications : CCDL and admission to the Luxembourg Bar.

Languages : Fluent in French and English; German is a plus.

Mindset : Ambitious, entrepreneurial, and eager to take on leadership responsibilities.
