Job Description

Your internship will take place in the Si epitaxy department of our semiconductor fab in Reutlingen.

  • You will gain basic knowledge on the Bosch internal FDC (fault detection and classification) system.
  • Furthermore, you will define and create FDC strategies in the Si epitaxy production environment.
  • Finally, you will perform tests on epitaxy tools to verify the functionality of your strategies.

Qualifications

  • Education : studies in the field of Computer Science, Engineering or comparable
  • Experience and Knowledge : competent handling of MS Office; cleanroom work experience is a plus
  • Personality and Working practice : a responsible, motivated and proactive individual with a goal-oriented and structured approach to work
  • Languages : fluent in German or in English

    Start :  according to prior agreement

    Duration :  6 months
