We are looking for YOU as KSS2.0 Turnkey Project Manager (m / w / d) for our location in Braunschweig .

These challenges await you :

Program Leadership & Control : Own program strategy budget and scope. Manage changes track KPIs across the project portfolio and escalate critical issues.

Vehicle Configuration & Data Systems : Oversee vehicle builds manage ADAS data logging systems and control the traceability of all HW / SW configurations (baselines and updates).

Global Validation & Testing : Define and execute the global validation strategy lead international data collection campaigns and manage OEM acceptance testing and homologation.

Stakeholder & Requirement Management : Serve as the main technical interface to customers translating requirements analyzing their impact on builds / cost / timing and managing external relationships.

Team & Organizational Development : Lead mentor and develop team members while actively facilitating decision-making and ensuring team readiness.

You inspire us with that :

5 years of project / program management in fast-paced complex environments.

Leadership & Team Management : Proven ability to lead large-scale cross-functional programs and manage teams of 100 employees.

Direct experience managing vehicle builds ADAS logging data collection campaigns global validation and OEM testing cycles.

Excellent communication and presentation skills; proven ability to manage stakeholders up to OEM department lead level.

Strong leadership negotiation and problem-solving skills coupled with an entrepreneurial results-driven mindset and full program ticket steering capability.
