What you will do

You will gain valuable practical experience in the work with our HR Business Partners, take responsibility for exciting tasks and master challenging projects in an agile environment. We will support you in discovering and further developing your talents and strengths.

What you can expect:

• Support of our HR Business Partners with personnel tasks, such as organizing and following up on workshops
• Participation in diverse projects within organizational development
• Working with the HR Business Partner Team, you share responsibility for introducing comprehensive processes and strategies for employee retention and engagement
• Supporting on daily task and administration

What you will need

This is what you bring along:

• You are a currently enrolled student in Economics, Human Resources Management, or a related field of study and are seeking a long-term working student position
• You will be available as a working student for a minimum of two semesters
• You are characterized by your open-mindedness and proactive approach, as well as your independent, conscientious, and dependable work ethic
• You are communicative and business fluent in German and English
