Role Overview : We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Consumer Investment Banking to join our client's team in Frankfurt. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong background in consumer investment banking, ready to lead and inspire their team to achieve outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead and manage consumer investment banking transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and strategic advisory services.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, providing exceptional advisory services and fostering long-term partnerships.
  • Oversee the preparation of detailed financial models, valuations, and due diligence processes.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging industry expertise and market insights.
  • Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and regulatory changes to provide informed advice to clients.

Qualifications :

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in investment banking, with a focus on the consumer sector.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and closing complex transactions.
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Fluent in English and German
