Then join our team as (Junior) Manager Influencer Marketing Italy (m / f / d) and and help us build, expand, and strengthen our influencer collaborations for the Italian market! In this role, you will take ownership of creating and managing partnerships with top-tier influencers and creators, plan and launch impactful campaigns, and closely track their success to drive real results. You can expect to work in a highly motivated international team, take on responsibility from day one, and contribute to the growth of one of the leading probiotic brands worldwide. Deine Aufgaben

• You take full ownership of influencer and creator collaborations – from first contact and contract negotiations to KPI tracking and performance reporting.
• You identify, recruit, and onboard the most suitable influencers / creators for our campaigns on the Italian Market while maintaining long-term, trust-based relationships and expanding our network.
• You plan, coordinate, and launch engaging influencer campaigns with a focus on the Italian market.
• You monitor and analyse campaign performance (reach, engagement, ROI) and translate data into actionable recommendations for future initiatives.
• You stay on top of social media and influencer marketing trends, turning insights into strategic opportunities.
• You think long-term : you understand that building strong collaborations with the right voices is a continuous journey, not a one-off project.

We reach our customers through a wide range of channels : direct communication with doctors and pharmacists, as well as print, TV, and digital marketing. To further expand our rapidly growing business in Europe, we are looking for a (Junior) Manager Influencer Marketing Italy (f / m / d ) to support us in this mission. Our goal is clearly defined : by 2028, we want to make Kijimea the world’s largest DTC probiotic brand, giving more than 50 million people a better life every year.
