Role : SAP FICO Consultant

Location : Fully remote (German-based client)

Duration : 12 months + extensions

Language : English

Rate : To be negotiated

We are collaborating with a globally recognised retail company in Germany on a Greenfield S / 4 HANA implementation project. We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO consultant with a focus on the FI side. If you have 10+ years of experience in SAP FICO roles, this is an excellent opportunity to lead critical aspects of this large-scale implementation.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Engage with clients to gather and analyse their business and finance processes, identifying areas for improvement, automation, and transformation.
  • Lead workshops and discussions to elicit requirements and align client objectives with SAP S / 4HANA capabilities.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining timelines, resource requirements, and milestones for SAP S / 4HANA Finance transformations.
  • Design and configure SAP S / 4HANA Finance modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Cash Management, and Financial Planning and Analysis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP S / 4HANA Finance solutions with other systems and processes, ensuring seamless data flow and business continuity.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues that may arise during the implementation or post-go-live phases, working closely with technical teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, engineering, mathematics or computer science.
  • English speaking fluent
  • A minimum of 10+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Finance module implementation, including exposure to SAP S / 4HANA.
  • Proven track record of leading successful SAP S / 4HANA Finance implementation projects.
  • Proficiency in configuring and customising SAP S / 4HANA Finance modules to align with client needs.
