Summary

We are looking for an IT Software Asset / License Manager (f / m / d) for the IMValue Management department in Ulm as soon as possible.

The IMValue Management department is responsible among other things for prioritizing and focusing topics within the IM organization. This is achieved through the development of strategic planning and governance processes the implementation of a service portfolio the establishment of a continuous improvement program (CIP) within IT the validation of cost structures for IT services and software asset management.

Your Tasks

Management of software license and maintenance contracts

Provision of software licenses / license keys processing of software order change and incident processes

Monitoring of license inventories support in selecting the appropriate software product and the respective license metric

Operational maintenance of a software archive catalog (updates of software products version maintenance)

Support in the implementation optimization and operation of software asset management processes and solutions

Central contact person for an engineering software portfolio to be defined in the future and ensuring smooth software operation

Support in the implementation of internal and external audits

Close cooperation with stakeholders software sales and the respective manufacturers

Your Profile

Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare technische Ausbildung in einem MINT Beruf mit mehrjhriger Berufserfahrung und einem betriebswirtschaftlichen Hintergrund

Berufserfahrung im Bereich Software Lizenzmanagement vorteilhaft

R egelmige Weiterbildung zu Themen des S oftware Lizenzmanagement und des S oftware Asset Management

Grundkenntnisse im Bereich ITIL KVP PDCA Zyklus

Grundkenntnisse und idealerweise praktische Erfahrungen im Projektmanagement

Kenntnisse im Bereich Lizenz Metriken ServiceNow oder SAM T ools wie SNOW / ServiceNowSAMPro vorteilhaft

Ausgeprgte analytische und konzeptionelle Fhigkeiten

Selbststndige service und lsungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

Sehr gute Kommunikations und ausgeprgte Teamfhigkeit

Sehr gute Deutsch und gute Englischkenntnisse
