Job Description

Essential Responsibilities :

• I nnovative Design & Analysis : Lead the design and analysis of cutting-edge solutions for protecting our fan and compressor configurations against inclement weather threats, ensuring safe operation and optimal performance.
• Leadership & Best Practices : Lead technical reviews, develop best practices, and continuously improve analytical tools to maintain our position as industry leaders.
• Global Integration : Collaborate seamlessly with our global team and coordinate inclement weather activities with other disciplines to drive cohesive and innovative solutions at system level.
• Aero Technology R&D : Drive research and development of novel inclement weather related technologies, contributing to the advancement of next-generation engines that will redefine the aerospace industry.
