Freelance OTM Functional Consultant (German Speaking)

We are seeking a skilled and experienced OTM Functional Consultant for a freelance contract opportunity. If you are passionate about Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) solutions, fluent in German, and enjoy working in dynamic environments, we want to hear from you!

Role Overview

As an OTM Functional Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in implementing, configuring, and optimizing OTM solutions for our client. This is a freelance position requiring travel to multiple sites in Germany : Hamburg, Duisburg, and Ulm . You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure seamless OTM integration and effective business process alignment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze transportation management requirements.
  • Configure and implement OTM solutions tailored to business needs.
  • Provide functional expertise and best practices for OTM modules.
  • Conduct user training sessions and workshops to facilitate adoption.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues during implementation.
  • Liaise with technical teams to ensure smooth system integration and data migration.
  • Maintain documentation and provide post-go-live support.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is mandatory.
  • Proven experience as an OTM Functional Consultant with successful implementations.
  • In-depth knowledge of Oracle Transportation Management modules and functionalities.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain and transportation processes.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Willingness to travel to Hamburg, Duisburg, and Ulm as required.
