Director of Project Development (BESS)

Our client is a BESS-focused project developer, operating within the German market. This is an exciting time to join the business, reporting directly to the founders and being a key part of their future success.

The founding team have vast experience in ClimateTech, and are looking to realise over €1bn of BESS projects across Germany.

This role gives you the opportunity to work in a hybrid role, with travel to the office in Bavaria (4-6 days per month - travel and accommodation paid). The successful candidate will be managing a team of 12 project developers & five back office staff.

Offering : up to €170,000 + Equity Offering

Being able to demonstrate the ability to develop projects through to energised and live status is critical in this position.
