Job Description

Join our Robotics division as a Product Manager and take a leading role in shaping the future of our robotics solutions. This role offers the opportunity to bridge market insights and innovative product strategies while working with diverse teams to deliver solutions that exceed customer expectations.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute product strategies and roadmaps, aligned with market trends and customer needs.
  • Create and maintain product documentation, ensuring clarity and alignment with business goals.
  • Monitor product and project progress, driving timely and successful outcomes.
  • Craft compelling value propositions and collaborate with Marketing on product-related communications and campaigns.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops for Sales, partners, and customers to strengthen product positioning and market reach.
  • Represent the product at tradeshows and support Sales in customer engagements.
  • Partner with Field Application Engineers (FAE) to address deeper technical queries as needed.
  • Proactively lead go-to-market (GTM) activities for (mobile) robotics, including AMR.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective project execution.

Qualifications

  • A degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Software) or a similar qualification is preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in product management or project management, ideally with exposure to the robotics or automation sector.
  • A strong understanding of robotics, with the ability to connect technical features to customer benefits.
  • Proven ability to craft and communicate market-oriented product strategies and translate them into actionable plans.
  • Exceptional presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Business fluency in English and German; additional European languages are an asset.
  • Willingness to travel up to 40%.
