Finance Country Manager CH

Role Overview
Youll oversee financial operations for two Swiss entities managing a small accounting team (2 direct reports). Using NetSuite youll ensure accurate and compliant financial processes while collaborating closely with HQ and Swiss stakeholders.

• Lead Swiss Entities: Manage full-cycle accounting for both Swiss subsidiaries including AP/AR general ledger intercompany accounting.
• Team Leadership: Supervise mentor and develop two team members; oversee workload reviews and performance alignment.
• Reporting & Compliance: Ensure timely and accurate month-end close statutory reporting adhering to Swiss GAAP FER VAT and other local laws.
• Audit & Tax: Lead statutory audits liaise with auditors and tax advisors and support annual tax filings.
• Process Optimization: Streamline accounting workflows internal controls and integration of financial processes into NetSuite.
• Local Expertise: Monitor and advise on Swiss regulatory financial and tax changes.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with Group Accounting & Tax Legal Finance teams and local stakeholders to support finance-driven decisions.
