Lead a SAP S / 4HANA Transformation – Programme Director Role in Düsseldorf! 🌟

We’re seeking an experienced Programme Director to lead a large-scale SAP S / 4HANA transformation for a major manufacturing client based in Düsseldorf. This role is critical to delivering innovative SAP solutions and reshaping core business operations.

Location : Düsseldorf (with flexibility for hybrid work)

Industry : Manufacturing

Experience : Proven expertise in SAP S / 4HANA transformations and managing end-to-end programme delivery

What You’ll Do :

  • Oversee the full delivery lifecycle of an SAP S / 4HANA transformation, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Manage cross-functional teams to implement SAP modules such as FI / CO, MM, EWM, PP, and SD , tailored to manufacturing operations.
  • Drive strategic decisions on data migration, system integration, and process optimization.
  • Lead stakeholder engagement and change management to ensure smooth adoption of new systems.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and challenges, delivering on time and within budget.

What We’re Looking For :

  • Extensive experience leading complex SAP S / 4HANA transformation programmes , particularly in manufacturing.
  • Deep technical expertise in SAP modules and enterprise-level integrations.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with proven success managing senior stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage large teams, budgets, and timelines effectively.
  • Fluency in German is a significant advantage.
