Theposition :

The Tech Management Lead DrugSubstance is responsible for the management of technol-ogy transferof the manufacturing processes of drug substance (especiallyAntibody-Drug Conjugates) for investigational and commercial drugsto the sites of manufacture, both inter-nal and external to DaiichiSankyo, until transition to routine manufacture.

Thecandidate is leading the Site Launch Team with its associatedsubteams. Accordingly, the candidate is responsible for executingthe technology transfer in accordance with the establishedstand-ard processes to facilitate alignment of tech transfer andvalidation activities across the pro-jects for drug substancemanufacturing, evaluates CMC risks for appropriate escalation,rec-ommends transition milestones and ensures a smooth transitionof projects, recommends, and implements new technologies, as neededand supports Supply Chain Management with technical issues duringroutine commercialproduction.
