Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair machines to support production demand.

• Perform corrective and preventative electrical maintenance on machines as scheduled.

• Participate in projects and installation of new machines.

• Meet with production leads and supervisors regarding operation of machines.

Additional Responsibilities

• Basic PLC knowledge and troubleshooting.

• Perform routine maintenance functions and adjustments to equipment’s.

• Responsible for shop cleanliness, safety and compliance.

• Follow Health, Safety, Environmental, Quality and Lean standards.

Qualifications:

• Reports to: Maintenance Manager

Work Experience and Education

• High School diploma electrical background or equivalent level of education required

• 3+ years of experience working as Electrician or Automation technician in an industry.

• Prior experience performing preventative Maintenance on machines

• Pneumatic experience.

• Prior experience of trouble-shooting automation equipment.

• PLC knowledge and troubleshooting
