This position reports to

Production Engineering Specialist

Your role and responsibilities

Are you looking to pursue a part-time Master's degree while gaining valuable practical experience? With us, you have the opportunity to combine your studies with hands-on work and actively contribute to the development of our production processes.You will work independently in a dynamic team and collaborate closely with various departments and locations - from Minden to a global scale. In doing so, you will ensure efficient data consistency and contribute to the optimization of processes and products. The work model for the role is : hybrid #LI-Hybrid You will be mainly accountable for :

  • Creation and maintenance of material numbers in SAP, including cross-departmental management and organization.
  • Proper documentation and cross-functional management of changes within the bill of materials and master data responsibilities.
  • Ensuring compliance with quality standards and guidelines throughout all stages of change processes.
  • Creation of work plans, considering efficient processes and accurate time requirements within variant configurations.
  • Development and maintenance of bill of materials in SAP, including variant configuration and relationship management.

Qualifications for the role

  • You are pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, ideally with a focus on measurement and control technology.
  • Enthusiasm for team and project management with the ability to motivate and organize interdisciplinary teams.
  • Active involvement in manufacturing and assembly processes.
  • Strong interest in change management, cross-functional thinking, and a structured working approach.
  • Business-fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken.
