StellenbeschreibungOwner for the complete suite of accounting and compliance topics for the German and Austrian entities including : Leading critical accounting processes such as month end and year end close together with the local controlling team Supporting, auditing and preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with HGB and IFRS Leading cross-departmental projects to automate and create efficient controlling and accounting mechanisms Preparing advance tax returns and tax declarations together with external tax consultants Leading local annual audits together with external auditors and supporting group audit process Main point of contact external partners such as tax consultants, auditors and banks and the internal accounting shared service center Completed studies in the field of economics or as a Senior Accountant / Chief Accountant At least four years of relevant professional experience in accounting and / or audit Experience managing complex projects across multiple departments with tight deadlines Great interest in the innovative and fast-paced environment of a digital challenger Analytical thinking and structured, independent working style. A focus on prioritization and ability to remain calm in stressful environments. Fluency in English required, German beneficial
