Your Challenges
- Act as a trusted advisor for our Journey Teams with methodic & operational support
- Establish and grow the “research” focus within the Design Team
- Develop a scalable research framework: Create a structured approach that defines processes, best practices, and tools for research activities
- Build and maintain a research repository
- Ensure all research activities comply with ethical guidelines and data protection regulations, fostering trust and transparency
- Empower teams through workshops, training, and coaching to adopt customer-centric design methods & support with academy activities
Your Profile
- Education: Degree in Interaction Design, Service Design, Psychology, or a related field
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in Design Research, User Research, or related areas, ideally in a B2B context
- Expertise:Strong background in both qualitative and quantitative research methodsHands-on experience with state-of-the-art research platforms (e.g., Dovetail, Lookback, TheyDo)Solid understanding of user-centered design, Design Thinking, and agile methodologies, including workshop facilitationA portfolio showcasing impactful research projectsAbility to guide interdisciplinary teams through complex customer insightsProven experience working in cross-functional teams within agile setups
- Languages: Fluent English (C1) and good German skills (B2)
- Personality & Skills:Excellent storytelling and presentation skills for diverse stakeholdersAbility to translate complex findings into clear, actionable recommendationsOutstanding communication and collaboration skills
