You’re passionate about events—but more specifically, you’re the organizational mastermind behind the scenes. You thrive when juggling sourcing, compliance, and project admin support. You love structure, you live for Excel, and you’re the person everyone turns to when they need it done right and fast . What you’ll be doing

In this role, you will work 100% on one of our key pharmaceutical clients

• Sourcing venues and suppliers in line with pharma compliance and client processes
• Supporting project managers with administrative tasks including reporting, budget updates, and scheduling
• Drafting and managing venue recommendations and cost estimates
• Acting as a point of contact for vendor negotiations, contracting, and logistics coordination
• Ensuring all compliance requirements are met and correctly documented
• Maintaining and improving structured reporting tools and documentation
• Contributing to continuous improvement in sourcing strategy and tools
• Building and maintaining a strong network of venue and service providers across Germany
