Sales Manager
I am currently representing a large EPC business in Germany, in their search for a Sales Manager. The role would include selling ground-mounted projects and rooftop PV systems. In details :
Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for identifying potential customers and business opportunities through market analysis and networking
- Your area of responsibility will be the development of sales strategies for major customers in the field of photovoltaics for ground-mounted and rooftop systems
- You will build new business relationships and sprinkle existing customer relationships
- Achieving sales targets and reporting to management is also part of your job
- You will supervise the negotiation of contract terms, prices and delivery times
- You will prepare offers for roof, ground-mounted and carport photovoltaic systems and prepare order confirmations and supplementary offers
- The optimization and maintenance of our calculation tools is also part of your area of responsibility
- You will be responsible for process optimization in the sales area as well as coordination with other departments such as purchasing and project planning
- You are the person who continuously develops sales strategies and processes to increase the company's competitiveness and profitability
Qualifications
- Analytical skills to conduct market analysis and identify business opportunities
- Demonstrable success in achieving sales targets and sales targets
- Several years of experience in the sale of photovoltaic systems (rooftop and ground-mounted systems) or similar renewable energy technologies
- Strong customer focus and the ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Degree in business administration, engineering, renewable energies or a comparable qualification
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in German and English
- Willingness to travel at home and abroad
