Your mission :

An IT Project Technical Coordinator is responsible for the technical coordination and execution of IT projects. This role involves hands-on management of IT systems, ensuring that technical requirements are met, and facilitating communication between technical teams and stakeholders. The coordinator will work closely with IT professionals to ensure that projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the required technical standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with project managers, technical staff, and other stakeholders to plan, organize, and execute technical projects.

• Oversee the technical aspects of projects, including system integration and infrastructure deployment.

• Track and report on project status and progress updates to stakeholders.

• Schedule and facilitate technical project meetings, ensuring they are productive and focused.

• Coordinate communication between project team members, ensuring they are up-to date on project goals and any changes to project scope.

• Identify and assess project technical risks and develop and implement mitigation plans as needed.

• Support the development of project plans and timelines with a focus on technical deliverables.

• Conduct quality control testing to ensure project deliverables meet or exceed technical requirements.

• Ensure handover to Operation is completed

• Manage project documentation, ensuring that all technical project materials are complete, well-organized, and easy to access.

• Communicate with external vendors or partners as necessary to ensure project success.

Your profile :

• Hands-on involvement in system integration and infrastructure deployment.

• Able to lead troubleshoot sessions to resolve technical issues that arise during project execution.

• Ensure that all technical components of the project are properly configured, secured and tested.

• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure that technical solutions are aligned with business requirements.

• Provide technical guidance and support to project team members.

Experience and Education Requirements:

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is generally required. Associate's degree with relevant work experience can be taken into account.

• At least ten years of experience in IT Operation and Delivery activities as engineer.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to lead a technical team.

• Experience in project coordination and a solid understanding of IT systems.

• Hands on experience in several technologies like Cisco Nexus, Cisco ACI, Checkpoint and/or Palo Alto firewalls, Key Management system, Access Management system, Cisco servers farms, VMWare, Netapp storage system, CommVault backup solution, Linux and Oracle OS, … is a valuable plus

• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with various teams.

• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

• Solid technical background with demonstrable experience in system integration, and infrastructure operation and deployment activities.

• Strong leadership capabilities to manage complex IT projects to successful completion.

• Proficiency in using effective project management tools and software to manage resources, timelines, and budgets.

• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
