Amazon Freight is a part ofthe Amazon Transportation Services organization in Europe which is a cutting-edge supply chain technology organization and responsible for many of Amazon’sbest-in-class logistics offerings.
We are looking for a a detail-oriented, analytical, innovative, hands-on, andcustomer-obsessed Revenue Operations manager to join our fast paced dynamicteam.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, relishes working withlarge volumes of data, enjoys the challenge of highly complex businesscontexts and is a passionate about scaling businesses.
This role will bepivotal in supporting our Commercial teams to meet their challenging goals byproviding insights, design commercial frameworks and lead commercialinitiatives.
Key job responsibilities Design and deliver performance management frameworks, from sales productivityto portfolio performance Design and deliver reporting mechanism to drive commercial business reviews(weekly , Monthly, quarterly reviews) Lead complex analysis to deep dive on trends at portoflio and market level,leading root cause analysis as required Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and design mechanism to roll themout at scale and track their success Support strategic planning cycles from a commercial perspective and lead GTMinitiatives for commercial team ### BASIC QUALIFICATIONS- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, ComputerScience, Engineering, or related field - Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software - Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data - Experience defining, refining and implementing sales processes, proceduresand policies or equivalent - Good working knowledge of SQL to extract and manipulate data ### PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- Experience working within a high-growth, technology company - Experience in finance, business management and sales operations Amazon is an equal opportunities employer.
