BUSINESS SOLUTIONS OFFICER

As a member of the Business Solutions team, you will play an important role in how Advanzia collaborates across departments and supports business growth in a fast-changing environment.

You’ll work closely with business stakeholders and IT on requirements and change management, helping to deliver effective, end-to-end banking solutions that improve processes and create real value for our customers.

This opportunity is a full-time CDI contract.

ABOUT THE JOB | Your responsibilities

  • Collect, analyse and evaluate various and complex business requirements as part of projects and / or change initiatives
  • Provide end-to-end business solution proposals and recommendations for implementation according to your analysis, including technical solution design aligned with delivery and architecture teams
  • Prepare, coordinate and support the implementation phase hand in hand with the delivery team (developers, testers and IT)
  • Collaborate closely with projects managers, other internal stakeholders at all hierarchy levels and external partners
  • Perform feasibility studies and in-depth assessments for new strategic projects and business initiatives
  • Identify and recommend best practices for automation and standardisation to enhance and optimise (business) processes

ABOUT YOU | Your background, skills and personality

  • Bachelor's degree in economics, engineering, or computer science and bring at least 3 years of relevant experience
  • Strong practical knowledge in requirements engineering or product management, combined with expertise in functional solution and process design
  • Knowledge of banking / payment platforms, or API-driven processes
  • Practical experience working with agile or lean methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban would be an asset
  • Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in French, German or other languages is a plus
  • Efficiency and simplicity : Ability to design and implement lean, agile processes to create simple and accessible solutions
  • Adaptability and flexibility : Comfortable working in a dynamic environment, navigating change effectively
  • Ownership and accountability : Demonstrates a proactive approach in taking responsibility for tasks / outcomes, with a focus on seeing projects through to completion
  • Cross-functional collaboration : Experience in working collaboratively across different teams and departments to foster agility and innovation
