• You convince with a clear, best proven strategy on how to best access the market
• You manage existing distributor relationships and intense these
• To expand distribution channels, you identify potential partners and acquisition targets
• Your passion is selling: around 50 % of your time is spent in the market
• Your second passion is leading: you will guide the European On Farm Solution Team to success
• You prepare a budget for your Business Unit and response its compliance

What you should bring to this position

• You understand the On Farm Market: you know the players, the needs & obstacles as well as the products
• You have proven expertise in Distribution Management
• A selling and convincing talent is part of your character
• You like to reach goals as a team: you have strong leadership skills
• You are fluent in English, German language skills are an advantage
