We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager (d / f / m) for our location in Hemer for mid to large size development & industrialization projects. Your tasks :
You will lead and develop international project teams with representatives of all areas of our business like Category Management, Engineering, Design, Supply Chain, Purchasing and other departmentsYou will be the central coordinator of these teams, responsible for quality, on-time delivery and budgets of your projectsYou will have exposed visibility throughout the entire company and regularly direct access to our top management and board levelYou will take part in different activities to redefine and improve processes, methods and tools in our project management systemTogether with the team you will develop and implement the best-in-class project management system in our industry, which will allow us to conduct projects with the highest standards of transparency and efficiencyYour profile :
You have a university degree in the field of industrial engineering, manufacturing technology, business administration or a comparable subjectYou have a minimum of 3 years of professional experience in the field of technical consumer goods, operational functions, project management or consultingYou are well-versed with the common MS-Office applications and ideally have experience with Project, SAPYou are a strong communicator with emotional intelligence, empathy and intercultural competenceYou convince with the ability to work independently and solve complex problemsYou are business fluent in German and English (written and spoken), third language appreciatedProject Management Certification (IPMA, PMI) would be a plusWe offer :
