To strengthen our team »CAR-modified T & NK Cells for Cancer Immunotherapy« at our Würzburg site , we are looking for a student to conduct a Master’s thesis . The team primarily focuses on the manufacturing of CAR-modified T and NK cells, with a special emphasis on developing an accelerated production process and ensuring compatibility between both cell products.
What you will do
Your Master’s thesis will be part of a project developing CAR-modified T and NK cell products for co-administration in patients. By combining both cell products, the aim is to achieve better outcomes in the treatment of solid tumors compared to CAR T-cell therapy alone. As part of your work, you will focus on modifying NK cells and take on the following tasks :
