As General Technical Director (m / f / d) - Renewable Energy, you will be responsible for :

Providing technical leadership across wind, solar PV, and battery storage projects.
Assessing and optimizing the performance and reliability of our assets.
Supporting investment and M&A activities with deep technical due diligence.
Advising on asset development, engineering, and operational strategies .
Managing relationships with OEMs, technical advisors, and service providers .
Ensuring compliance with industry standards and technical best practices .
Being an integral part of and sharing knowledge with the Investment, Commercial, and Asset Management teams

For this role, ideally, you bring :

5+ years of technical experience in the renewable energy sector.

Background as a commercially driven engineer with deep expertise in wind, solar PV, and ideally battery storage.

Previous experience at a leading technical advisory firm or renewable energy OEM .

Strong understanding of technical due diligence in M&A transactions .

Hands-on, self-starter mentality with a problem-solving mindset.

Team player with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

German skills would be a strong plus
