Ihre Aufgaben

  • Planning coordination and status tracking of all activities of the product development lifecycle
  • Provide guidance and support to the development team ensuring they understand and follow Scrum values principles and practices.
  • Act as the main point of contact between the development team stakeholders and other departments effectively managing expectations and ensuring communication is clear and consistent.
  • Sprint Planning in collaboration with Product Managers and Project Managers
  • Ensuring deliverables are prepared to satisfy project and product requirementsand schedule
  • Participating in Change Control Board meetings and reporting status issues tothis panel as required
  • Contributing to definition and deployment of new processes methodologies technologies and tools to continuously improve efficiency and quality of the products development lifecycle

Ihr Profil

  • At least 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master in a software developmentenvironment.
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification.
  • Deep understanding of Scrum framework and Agile methodologies.
  • Solid understanding and experience over the entire System Development Lifecycle of software intensive systems and experience in managing a crossfunctional group of engineers
  • Ability to resolve conflicts and facilitate effective decisionmaking.
  • Experience leading Agile transformation initiatives is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
