Your mission

Are you eager to gain handson experience in Accounting and Finance Were looking for a Working Student to support our growing team. In this role youll assist with key tasks like accounting financial reporting payroll etc

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES :

Accounting and Finance :

  • Assist with accounting and invoicing
  • Assist with financial reporting
  • Help maintain and organize financial records and documentation
  • Collaborate with the team on ad hoc tasks and projects
  • Maintain and update employee records in HRIS
  • Assist with Payroll related tasks
  • Prepare HRrelated documents such as contracts amendments or reference letters

Your profile

  • You are currently enrolled in a university program preferably in Finance Business Administration Accounting or related field
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in MS Excel
  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with care
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Fluent in English and in German
  • Familiarity with Personio or other HRIS tools and DATEV is a plus
  • Interest in startups and the ability to adapt to a fastpaced environment
