You will play a pivotal role in advancing the company’s mission by proactively engaging with hoteliers, showcasing how their platform can transform business operations.
What will you be doing?
- Nurturing and Managing Outbound Leads :
- Regularly follow up on and nurture outbound leads to keep potential clients engaged.
- Use CRM tools to manage and track interactions with prospects and analyse market data to tailor strategies for higher conversion rates.
Proactive Engagement and Marketing to Prospects :
Initiate contact with potential clients through phone, email, and social media. Clearly articulate the company’s value proposition and leverage industry trends to engage in meaningful conversations with prospects.
Strategic Creation and Management of Email Campaigns :
Design and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to attract and nurture leads. Optimise content and delivery strategies, analyse campaign performance, and make data-driven decisions to enhance future campaigns.
Promoting Growth in Outbound Initiatives :
Develop and implement strategies to expand outreach, focusing on innovative tactics to reach and engage target markets.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align outbound initiatives with business goals and continuously seek out new channels for outreach.
Requirements :
- 1-3 years of experience in a sales role, preferably with a background in Hospitality and / or SaaS
- Non-negotiable : native fluency or professional proficiency in German
- Strong sales / business development experience
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience with CRM software and email marketing tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proactive and results-driven approach
- Creative thinker with strong analytical skills
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed targets in a sales or marketing role
