Lead Software Engineer
We are working with a leading manufacturing company that is at the forefront of technological advancements in the industry.
Our client is seeking a highly skilled and innovative Lead Developer to join their dynamic team and drive technology excellence within their organization.
As the Lead Developer in the manufacturing industry, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and guiding the development team, driving technical strategy, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize existing processes, innovate, and create cutting-edge applications that will enhance operational efficiency and productivity within the manufacturing domain.
Responsibilities :
- Build and grow a development department with software architecture and DevOps processes.
- Lead in the design and development of innovation and innovative, customer-centric service or software solutions
- Technical responsibility for cloud / web native architectures, solution design, the development of services and the operation of high-performance, scalable solutions
- Implement high quality software solutions with inter- disciplinary teams of software engineers, product owners and business units
- Manage the entire software development lifecycle and continuously improve software development processes
- Multiplier and coach for team members and staff to share expertise and vision through communities, training, etc
Key Skills :
- Completed studies in the field of software engineering, computer science, business informatics or comparable training
- Strong communication and customer-oriented personality, structured and solution-oriented approach, flexibility, commitment and high team orientation
- Experience in software development and know-how in the area of web or cloud-based applications and best familiar with NET Core, C# or Java
- Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
