You will start in an international and dynamic team whose mission is to find innovative ways to acquire new clients. At the same time, you will work together with experienced managers in the DACH region on the strategic development of accounts, the acquisition of projects.

Key responsibilities ✨

  • Implementation of strategies to for the acquisition of new customers for Malt DACH
  • Support of the Account Manager team acquiring new clients and expanding existing clients
  • Support in lead generation and lead qualificationYou will ensure initial contact and meetings with decision-makers and our sales team in various industries
  • By experiment with new content, channels and tools, you gradually improve our customer approach
  • Stay informed and leverage market insights / trends and understanding of the customer / industry landscape to ensure an effective strategy for outreach and to identify / qualify potential opportunities.
  • You develop and communicate best practices within the team and thus ensure a lively exchange of knowledge
  • You work closely with colleagues from DACH and our international teams and are an ambassador of our great team spirit.

About you ‍

  • Studying in a bachelors / masters degree in the field of business administration, marketing or a comparable course of study as social sciences
  • Available from July 2024
  • First professional experience, e.g. internships
  • Fluent in German and English
  • You have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • You are creative, a team player and have a good drive
