WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING :

Your Key Responsibilities :

  • Ensure implementation and sustainment of Supply Chain best practices aligned with ASCM standards.
  • Lead network optimization assessments and execution across EMEA markets.
  • Assess inefficiencies in warehouse operations and oversee the implementation of countermeasures.
  • Establish and track KPIs for warehouse effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Oversee the creation and optimization of SOPs and policies for Logistics, Warehousing, and Inventory.
  • Implement standardized operating and service-level agreements (SLAs) with risk assessments.
  • Collaborate with Procurement for inbound shipment optimization and cost negotiations.
  • Support Sales with accurate estimates for complex supply chain projects.
  • Advise Warehouse Management on shipping standards and packaging protocols.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of leadership experience in Logistics / Supply Chain including both asset based and outsourced transportation.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience managing a team with multiple layers of management.
  • Fluent German and English skills.
  • Lean Six Sigma experience preferred.
  • ASCM certification is preferred (CSCP, CLTD, CPIM, or CTSC).
  • Demonstrated working experience using data and analytics to formulate countermeasures.
  • Experience implementing countermeasures across multiple locations.
