About the role

As a key member of our international sales team youll drive revenue growth by building lasting relationships with global and large local enterprise companies. Youll blend diligent prospecting networking and targeted sales strategies to deliver tailored solutions that address client needs guiding them through the sales cycle from initial engagement to contract negotiation and closure.

Collaborating closely with presales marketing and demo teams youll adopt a consultative sales approach ensuring potential clients receive personalized solutions. Youll also be responsible for :

  • Identifying and targeting potential clients leading to successful meetings and engaging software demonstrations.
  • Conducting presales activities such as showcasing software demos implementing marketing strategies and building compelling business cases.
  • Understanding client needs and designing strategic solutions that align with their business goals.
  • Managing the full sales cycle from contract negotiation to closure.
  • Actively participating in marketing events webinars and clientrelated activities to generate leads.

Who were looking for

Were seeking a resultsdriven individual who thrives on understanding and addressing client needs. You excel in a selfdirected role managing your time independently while building strong relationships that lead to closed deals.

To succeed in this role you should have :

  • 5 years experience in HR / tech
  • Experience winning new businesses
  • B2B SaaS or Enterprise Software Sales Experience
  • Experience working with long sales cycles 6 months or more
  • Professional fluency in English and German
  • Experience selling to many stakeholders
  • History of selling deals that are 200K EUR in ACV or more
  • Experience selling new logos (new customers)
  • Experience and success in selling to big German enterprises
  • Desirable :
