Junior Buyer (M/F/X)

Manpower is looking for an Administrative / Junior Buyer for a client specialized in the food industry located in Luxembourg.

To support the procurement team, we are constantly looking for motivated and organized Buyer profiles who wish to develop their career in an international and dynamic environment.

Your missions

• Support buyers in the daily management of purchasing activities


• Create and follow up purchase orders in the system


• Ensure coordination with suppliers regarding deliveries, prices and contracts


• Monitor supplier data and update procurement databases


• Follow up on invoices and resolve discrepancies


• Prepare reports and support procurement projects


• Ensure compliance with internal procedures and procurement policies

Your profile

• Diploma in Business Administration, Procurement, Supply Chain or similar


• First experience in purchasing, administration, supply chain or back-office is a strong plus


• Good organizational skills and attention to detail


• Comfortable with Excel and IT tools


• Ability to work in a structured and fast-paced environment


• Strong communication skills and team spirit


• Very good command of English; French is an asset
