For one of the EU Institution, we are currently looking for :

Financial Strategy & Data Analyst (M / F / D)

The Context :   To support the Strategy Department in modernizing its financial steering, we are looking for a versatile profile capable of bridging Finance and Data Science. You will operate on a dual perimeter : Financial Strategy (FS) and the Analytical Center of Expertise (ACE).

Main Missions   :

You will play a key role in defining long-term financial goals and automating their monitoring through data.

1. Financial Strategy & Steering

• Strategic Scorecard :  Developing and maintaining the "Strategic Target System" (STS), including KPI definition and calibration.
• Process Management :  Running the quarterly STS process from data collection to final output analysis.
• Modeling :  Performing scenario analysis and developing financial models (projections, balance sheet dynamics).
• Reporting :  Drafting strategy papers and high-level analytical reports for Senior Management and the Board.
