We are seeking, by March or April , a PostDoc to work on the synthesis and characterization of soluble silicon clusters. The project is experimentally oriented and well-suited for candidates with a solid background in synthetic inorganic or organometallic chemistry.

Duration: 1.5 years (with possibility of extension)
Employment volume: % of standard working time
Salary: E13 TV-L (in accordance with the German TV-L salary scale)
Project Description
We are seeking a Postdoctoral Researcher to work on the synthesis and characterization of soluble silicon clusters. The project is experimentally oriented and suited for candidates with a strong background in synthetic inorganic or organometallic chemistry.
The main focus of this position is research in inorganic and organometallic chemistry with emphasis on synthesis, spectroscopic characterization and structural analysis of molecular silicon clusters.
