To support our motivated team, we are looking for an International Sales Manager (Distributor Business Unit) based in Poland to start as soon as possible.
Your tasks
- You are responsible for sales and margin performances of your region in a B2B environment
- You manage the sales and order processes of allocated territories and distributors
- You define sales and marketing strategies at country level to support business development and to ensure sales and profit target achievement
- You define price strategy for your distributors
- You are partnering with distributors on large tenders to increase winning probabilities
- You manage the distribution agreements, as well as maintain funnel management to secure sales revenue and profitability target
- You are building and maintaining relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and key customers
- You are monitoring sales performance and creating monthly reporting regarding sales results and marketing activities in your region
- You will be participating at congresses, exhibitions and workshops
Your profile
- Based in Poland
- You have a university degree in business with strong medical / biology acumen or medical / biology degree with strong business acumen
- You have minimum 3 years international (medical) distributor business experience (previous experience in medical device industry, patient monitoring systems and hospital workflow environment is mandatory )
- You have experience in customer / distributors acquisition and development as well as strong business acumen, team player with good communication skills and excellent negotiation skills
- You are a good networker, energetic self-starter, and result driven.
- You are willing to travel frequently
- Fluent in Polish & English is mandatory, German or another European language also appreciated
